Exeter University Accommodation Refurbishments

Brief description

They say university years are the best years of your life and with students travelling far and wide for specialist universities, having a modern living space is becoming essential. Gone are the days of dingy student accommodation.

Our brief was to refurbish the kitchens and bathrooms in these student houses to upgrade their current living spaces

With a high specification, we have created beautiful, modern and functional spaces for the students lucky enough to stay here.

Due to the active lifestyle of students. These changes had to be implemented swiftly. We worked hard to make sure we provided a space that would help deliver them a better university experience. Whilst also working towards a tight deadline.

The project consisted of fitting completely new bathrooms with stylish panelling and chrome fittings. Giving the area a brand-new contemporary look.

The new kitchens incorporate a sleek white gloss finish with a splash of colour. Perfect for gatherings with friends and fellow students.

The refurbishment included new ovens and state of the art hobs and sinks. A practical and solid surface worktop was also installed with seamless joints and a luxury finish. The kitchens/ lounge areas were furnished with sofas, dining tables and a lime green dining chair, not to forget the bean bags also thrown in.

It makes you want to be a student again.
